Thank you for your interest in the Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat, a non-denominational “non-profit” organization located on 173-acres of land within the breathtaking Red Rock region of Arizona. Our transformational retreats and workshops are based on both ancient practices and modern techniques, guiding participants toward healing, spiritual elevation, and physical restoration, while also fostering a deep connection to the natural world and all of humanity.

Learn the ancient practice of being present and connected with each moment of life with crystal clarity through meditation. Or, go deeper with your meditation practice to further unlock your inner power centers as a pathway toward healing and restoration.

During this four-day, three night transformative retreat, you will learn the art of quieting the mind. You will practice breathing more deeply, releasing tension and will discover how mindfulness practices lead to reduced stress and a more balanced state of mind.

Relax and recharge in one of our calming casita suites. Specially designed to inspire comfort and relaxation, each room is fully furnished with all your necessities, and equipped with private bathrooms and personal care items to make you feel cozy and right at home. Our spacious suites accommodate at least two guests, so you can plan your peaceful Sedona retreat alone or with a companion. Price is all inclusive - includes your stay and meals. Select single or double occupancy for your stay. To add a guest, select Redrock Shared, and then select "2" Guests in the drop-down menu.

All accommodations provide towels, bath products, bed linens, and hairdryers. Some necessities and supplies can be purchased in the Mago Gift Shop. Guest WiFi access is available in rooms, but the signal is stronger in the Welcome Center. Mago accommodations do not include televisions, alarm clocks or telephones.

JahBi Seong

JahBi is a Tao Master and Healer, and has been teaching Tao philosophy for over 20 years. She loves helping people to awaken by guiding them to recover their health, happiness, and peace. Before studying Tao principles and teachings, she had been ill and tried a variety of traditional medical treatments, to no avail. As JahBi continued to practice and train, however, her body and mind, self-confidence, and will to heal grew exponentially. She has been a program director who facilitates advanced programs and spiritual ceremonies at Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat since 2010.

Han Myung

Han Myung is a Tao Master and spiritual healer, who has offered energy training, teaching meditation, and using her expertise to help people heal for nearly 20 years. She began studying the Tao principles and using the healing methods on herself after an ice-skating injury left her with a severely herniated disk. During this time, her body healed and her soul awakened, allowing Han Myung to see the truth that everyone has the seed of soul and divinity within. She began to dedicate her life to sharing this wisdom, and today, her deepest wish is to help that seed come alive and sprout in everyone she meets.
